Using the latest technologies we will work in partnership with you to provide the total solution of commercial design, commercial build and interior fitout for your new office or renovation.
Receptions - Board Rooms – Lift Areas - Kitchens - Bathrooms
Most modern offices feature a secondary ceiling hung below the structural one, mainly for aesthetic reasons. Without such an installation, all the wiring and piping associated with the electricity supply and air conditioning system in your premises could be in plain view; something that is obviously not acceptable for most companies in the 21st century. A further advantage of installing suspended tiles and lighting fixtures is that it is easy to remove individual tiles - or whole sections if necessary – to perform maintenance and repair work on the cables and piping hidden in the space above. Were you to take the old-fashioned approach of using interior plastering to hide the electrical and communications infrastructure that your company relies on, any repairs would involve a lot more disruption and making good after they were completed. When we take on an office fit out contract, designing and installing the most suitable type of secondary ceiling is included in the scope of our work, if required. For over 20 years, we have worked on projects that include this type of feature in the design and are able to bring our extensive experience to bear on jobs for clients that require expert ceilings installation.
The most important part of any new project, whether it is a hotel renovation or an interior fitout for a shop, is the design stage. Once work on your premises is underway it is a lot more difficult and time consuming to correct any errors that may come to light, but such issues can easily be fixed when all that has been completed are drawings of the proposed work. Our experienced commercial design team always make sure that any potential problems are ironed out before approving drawings for use by the building and interior decoration specialists that we employ. All work is carried out in close consultation with the client to ensure that their needs are fully satisfied and that they have an input at all stages of the project. Having said that, the day-to-day project management is taken care of by our capable staff in order to leave you free to take care of running your own business. We aim to ensure that our renovation work causes the absolute minimum of disruption and is completed in the most expeditious manner possible whilst maintaining our high standards. This ethos applies to everything we install, from flooring to a suspended ceiling.
Having seen how many problems can be encountered when teams from several different firms have to work together on a single project, we decided long ago to offer a complete service to our clients. It does not matter whether the job you need done includes lighting and electrical work, installing office partitions or demolishing and removing Existing Partitions: we have the skill and expertise to take care of it for you. After installation of the main components of your new offices has been completed, our competent painting and decorating team can finish the job and ensure that everything looks exactly as it should before declaring the space fit for occupation. It is true that a number of firms working on commercial premises are not as careful as they might be when dealing with less important clients but we offer the same high level of service to all our customers, regardless of the size of the project. Once we have quoted a price and committed ourselves to completing a job, we feel that it is our duty to do so with courtesy and professionalism. It is this approach that we believe makes us the best choice for suspended ceilings.
